Terms of Service

1. The service

Viral Video Maker tracks publicly available trend signals on TikTok for niches you choose and generates original, AI-made short videos — either inspired by the format and momentum of content that is already popular ("viral remix"), or from your own prompt ("custom"). Videos can be generated on demand or on a schedule.

2. No accounts; your device is your identity

There is no registration. Your projects, videos, credits and subscription are tied to an anonymous identifier on your device and, for subscriptions, to your Google Play purchase. Keep your device and Google account secure; on a new device your subscription restores through Google Play.

3. Subscriptions & credits

• Subscriptions are billed by Google Play under Google's payment terms. Manage or cancel any time from the Play Store; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Plans grant monthly video credits. Generation is billed per 10 seconds of output: 480p = 1 credit, 720p = 2 credits, with video lengths of 12–60 seconds.
• Unused credits roll over for one month, then expire. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• If a generation fails, its credits are automatically refunded to your balance. Refunds of subscription payments are handled through Google Play's refund policies.

4. Your content & generated videos

• You keep ownership of prompts and images you upload, and you grant us the licence needed to process and store them to run the service.
• Subject to these terms and the AI providers' usage policies, we assign to you all our rights in videos generated for you. You may use them commercially.
• AI output can be imperfect or inaccurate. Review videos before publishing; you are responsible for what you post.

5. Viral remixes are originals

The viral-remix mode studies the hook, pacing and momentum of publicly popular content and generates new, AI-created video. It does not copy, re-upload, or embed anyone else's footage. You agree not to use the service to imitate a specific person, impersonate a creator, or infringe anyone's rights.

6. Acceptable use

• No generating content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates the policies of the platforms you post to.
• No attempts to circumvent credits, probe or overload our systems, or resell the service.
• We may refuse, moderate, or remove content and suspend service for violations.

7. Trend data

Trend signals are collected from publicly available sources and are provided "as is" for inspiration and research. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any video will perform well. Demand figures are ordinal indices, not real search volumes. TikTok is a trademark of its owner; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time; see Data deletion to remove your data. We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these terms, with credits forfeited in cases of abuse.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
