Data deletion
Delete your app account and the data linked to your device.
The App creates an anonymous app account without asking you to sign up. Everything you create is linked to that account. You can request deletion directly in the App without emailing or calling us.
What we store about you
- Trends (names, keywords, saved prompts) and reference images you uploaded
- Videos generated for you, their prompts and frames
- Schedules and your credit ledger
- Your email address — only if you added one for notifications
Delete everything
- Open the App and go to Settings → Delete app account and data.
- Read what will be removed and confirm Delete my data.
- Your app account closes and new activity stops. The App shows the deletion status and confirms when cleanup is complete.
We remove your data within 30 days, usually much sooner. An upload or video generation already running may finish before its files can be removed. No email or phone call is required. Update the App if your version does not yet show this option.
If you cannot access the App, you may also contact [email protected] with your device ID from Settings. This is an additional recovery option.
What deletion covers
- Deleted: trends, uploaded images, generated videos and frames, schedules, stored email address, and all trend data collected for you.
- Remaining credits: your credit balance is removed. Deleted content and credits cannot be recovered by restoring a subscription.
- Limited records retained: store transaction identifiers, subscription records and a revoked anonymous identifier are retained for billing, fraud prevention and to prevent old sessions from recreating the account. These records do not contain your prompts, photos or videos.
- Your subscription: deletion does not cancel billing. On iPhone, use Apple subscription settings. On Android, use Google Play subscription settings. You may request deletion without cancelling first.
- Saved copies: files you exported to Photos or shared elsewhere remain there until you delete them yourself.
Just removing the app?
Uninstalling is not an account-deletion request and does not cancel billing. The anonymous identifier may remain in the iOS Keychain. Use the deletion option above to remove server-side content. After deletion completes, you can choose Start fresh to create a new anonymous app account.
Unsubscribe from emails only
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe that also removes your address from our systems — no need for a full deletion request.
